1. When is it applicable?
In the event of damage, theft, fire, vandalism or accident, the local rental company will hold the customer liable up to the amount of the personal liability deductible, which is not included in
the CDW and
TP. Rental companies often apply personal liability deductibles to ensure that you take sufficient care of the vehicle while it is in your possession. In order to reduce this risk, you need to pay anywhere from €6 up to €20 per day for personal liability insurance at the local rental desk, depending on the car type, destination and supplier.
2. How does it work for you?
Aiming to make your car rental experience worry free, holidaycars.com has launched the NoRisk Warranty for you:
- Upon collection of the vehicle, you will be asked to leave a deposit by credit card or cash. With the NoRisk Warranty, holidaycars.com will reimburse you the full amount of the deposit should your rental vehicle incur damages due to an accident, fire or vandalism, even in the event of a “single accident insurance”. And it only costs you €3.50 per day!
- Upon your return from vacation, you just need to fill out our NoRisk declaration form and mail it to us.
- We will handle your file as quickly as possible and proceed to reimburse you within 4 weeks in accordance with our general conditions.
!! Reminder!! : With NoRisk Warranty, you don't need to buy a Super CDW or Super Cover that costs you anywhere from €10 up to €20 per day at your pick up location, because we’ve already got you covered!
